1. Acceptance
By using Global Talent by AXONO (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. What the Service is
The Service is a document-preparation and coaching tool that helps you prepare a UK Global Talent visa endorsement application. It is not legal or regulated immigration advice, and we are not regulated immigration advisers. We are not affiliated with RIBA, Arts Council England or the Home Office. For advice on your individual circumstances, consult a qualified adviser or solicitor.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Endorsement and visa decisions are made by third parties. We help you prepare a stronger application but do not guarantee any outcome.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of the information you provide and submit, and for all decisions about your application. Do not submit false or misleading information.
5. Payments
Paid features are charged per application as shown at checkout. Promotional codes, where offered, are subject to their own limits. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law — contact us if something goes wrong.
6. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and only for your own application(s). Don’t misuse, copy, resell or attempt to disrupt the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and its content remain ours. The application materials you create with it are yours to use for your application.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for application decisions made by third parties.
9. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
